Brent Jobe

Agency Principal

Brent was born and raised in Kingsport, Tennessee. He owned a construction company from 2002-2019. Through owning the business, Brent learned a lot about customer service, scheduling, maintaining, and growing a business.

Brent attained his insurance licenses in 2014 and opened Jobe & Pearson Insurance alongside his brother Caleb in 2020. When he started in insurance, he was only selling life and health products. Upon starting the new agency, he decided to expand the insurance portfolio and offer multiple lines of insurance to better serve his clients.

Caleb Pearson

Agency Principal

Caleb was born & raised in Kingsport, TN. Initially, he focused on a career path in healthcare. He received an Associate’s Degree in Pre-Health Professions from Northeast State Community College then transitioned to East Tennessee State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He then received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from ETSU in 2015.

In 2017, following his brother Brent's success with insurance, Caleb decided to begin his career in health insurance. Together, they established Jobe & Pearson Insurance in 2020.

As a healthcare provider and licensed insurance producer, Caleb has the knowledge and resources to provide coverage options for each customer. He prides himself on his ability to connect and engage with each client while prioritizing their individual needs.

Wendy Jones

Agent

Wendy was born and raised in North Carolina but has lived in Glade Spring, VA for the last 5 years. She has been an avid traveler across the US but wanted to be closer to family and enjoys the mountains of Southwest Virginia and Northeast TN.

Wendy is a charting gospel music songwriter and singer. She continues to travel and minister in song and word throughout the region.

Wendy became a licensed Life and Health insurance agent in 2023. She volunteers with her local senior centers and community food pantries where she advocates and uplifts her clients. She has enjoyed the change and loves her job as a insurance agent!
